A small extension can make a huge difference to a home. This property in Barnard Castle was enhanced with a small extension built up against a neighbouring boundary. This in turn created a larger kitchen area for the family home.
The project involved removing an existing party wall and then reinforcing while rebuilding it as a new wall for the extension. The characterful brickwork was retained on the neighbouring side while disruption to those neighbours was kept to a minimum.
